Operator GuideHub operates the platform. It is an independent platform that connects, arranges and coordinates between visitors and guides. Experiences are delivered by licensed tour guides; each guide is responsible for carrying out the experience they offer, and GuideHub facilitates the process and supports the quality of the experience.

Requests and prices The price shown is final. If anything changes that affects the price, the guide you chose contacts you directly, and you may then cancel the request and get back what you paid. A request is not confirmed until the guide confirms it.

Cancellation and refunds • 24 hours or more before the start: you may cancel and get a full refund of what you paid. • Less than 24 hours: cancellation needs the guide’s agreement; if they agree you get a full refund, if not there is no refund. • If the guide cancels at any time: you always get a full refund. • Pay-at-meeting requests: no money is refunded; cancelling only changes the request’s status.

Guides Guide services on the platform are free. A 20% commission applies only to requests paid through the platform; there is none on paying at the meeting or on direct contact. Guides are responsible for accurate details and a valid license; the platform may suspend any profile or content that breaks these terms, stating the reason.

Disputes If there is a disagreement, contact GuideHub first and we will try to resolve and settle it between both parties. If that is not possible, the matter goes to the competent authorities.

Content Publishing content or images without rights, or unproven promises, is not allowed.
