Privacy notice

We collect as little data as possible, for a specific purpose and period, under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

What we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it: • Request details (name, mobile, optional email, message): only to deliver your request to the guide concerned and the GuideHub team. Kept for 12 months, then anonymized. • A guide’s license document: for verification only, in private storage seen only by the guide and the review team. Kept while the account is active and 12 months after closure, then destroyed. • A guide’s private registration number: for the account and administrative contact; never published. • Contact taps and statistics: for measurement, aggregated without identity; we never send phone numbers or message text to any analytics tool.

Consents: consent to be contacted is needed to deliver a request; marketing consent is optional and separate; both are recorded with their date.

We do not collect health or dietary information, nor national ID images.
